Arbitration of Disputes

Please read carefully. This affects your legal rights.

We encourage you to resolve issues through our help resources first. If issues remain unresolved, the following process applies.

You and Drivrhelp Solutions LLC agree to try informal resolution for at least 30 days by sending written notice with your name, contact details, concern, and proposed solution to:
Drivrhelp Solutions LLC, 123 East 9th Street, Ste #323, Upland, California 91786 – Attn: Legal Department

If unresolved after 30 days, disputes must be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules . You may file small claims individually if eligible.

Arbitration must begin within one year of the claim. Both sides agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

Arbitration hearings will be held in Upland, California.

If you file arbitration, your fees are limited to the AAA filing fee. We will cover other arbitration costs.

The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in court.

If you are unsure about these terms, you may consult an attorney.

Survival: If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
