For any valid order dispute, Drivrhelp Solutions LLC welcomes customers to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES center to submit a request.

We value every customer and aim to deliver an excellent experience with our products and services. Most of our software includes a free trial, allowing you to test functionality before purchase. Trials provide limited features to help you make informed decisions and avoid purchasing the wrong product.

Because of this “try-before-you-buy” system, Drivrhelp Solutions LLC offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on most products. Refunds are issued within this period under the accepted circumstances outlined below. Purchases made beyond the guarantee period are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation

You may cancel your Drivrhelp subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds or credits are not provided for partial subscription periods.

If you subscribed through a third-party platform, cancellation may need to be completed directly through that service. Please log into your third-party account to disable auto-renew or unsubscribe. Subscription billing details will also be available through that platform.

Refunds

Refund requests can be submitted via email at refund@drivrhelpllc.com or through our website chat. Refunds, discounts, or credits are granted at our sole discretion and may vary in amount or form. Providing a refund or credit in one instance does not guarantee the same outcome in future cases.

Circumstances of No Refund

Drivrhelp Solutions LLC generally does not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

Non-technical Circumstances
  • Failure to review product descriptions before purchasing.
  • Claims of credit card fraud or unauthorized payment (please contact your card issuer for fraud concerns).
  • Delays in receiving license keys caused by email or system issues.
  • Purchasing the wrong product and later buying the correct one elsewhere.
  • Price differences between regions or other providers.
  • Requests to refund only part of a product bundle (refunds apply only to full bundles).
  • Change of mind after completing a purchase.
Technical Circumstances
  • Refusal to cooperate with technical support when troubleshooting issues.
  • Technical problems occurring after software updates, beyond the 14-day guarantee period.
Accepted Circumstances

Refunds may be issued under our Money Back Guarantee in the following cases:

Non-technical Circumstances
  • Purchase of Extended Download Service (EDS), Registration Backup Service (RBS), or Download Insurance Service without realizing they were optional. Refunds will be provided.
  • Accidental purchase of the wrong program and replacement with the correct one. The original purchase will be refunded.
  • Duplicate purchases of the same or similar products. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged.
  • License key not received within 24 hours and no timely support response. A refund may be issued if the product is no longer needed.
  • Technical errors forcing the customer to purchase another product elsewhere. Refunds or replacements may be arranged.
Technical Problems

If software has critical technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days, a refund may be issued if the customer chooses not to wait for an update or upgrade.

Upon refund, the corresponding license will be deactivated.

Download Version: The software must be uninstalled. Disc Version: The disc must be destroyed and the software uninstalled.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, bank, or PayPal) within 48–72 hours, depending on bank processing times.
